Minneapolis-based Rise and Shine and Partners has a new HQ! The brand navigation agency officially relocated its headquarters to the city’s North Loop District, marking a major milestone in its continued growth and evolution.
The agency now occupies 24,000 square feet across the top two floors (the sixth and seventh) of the historic Loose-Wiles building at 701 N. Washington Ave.The move more than doubles the agency’s previous footprint.
Previously located in the Linden Hills neighborhood since 2021, Rise and Shine experienced significant growth over the past several years, including the acquisition of Adventure Creative Group in early 2025 and increasing staff from approximately 20 employees to surpassing 100 team members.
“Our new headquarters not only reflects the agency we are today, but it captures the excitement and energy of where we are headed,” said Kevin DiLorenzo, Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Rise and Shine and Partners. “We’ve built an incredible team and culture over the past few years, and this new space gives us the room to continue growing, collaborating and creating great work together.”
In 2025, Rise and Shine received the Ad Age Small Agency of the Year GOLD Midwest Award. Additionally, the agency, for the second year in a row, has been included on fastest-growing lists by the Inc. 5000, Adweek and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
Located in Minneapolis’ vibrant creative and business area, the new office was selected for its collaborative layout and central location within the North Loop community.
In addition to more collaboration spaces, the new office space includes a two-story atrium connecting both floors and expanded facilities for Rise and Shine’sGolden Hour Productions. The office interiors were designed by Minneapolis-based Studio BV, the same firm that designed the agency’s Linden Hills space.
