The Shine and Rise Internship is an in-person advertising agency experience that’s anything but artificial. That means the opportunity to do REAL work for REAL clients while REAL live mentors offer guidance along the way.

Here you’ll get the chance to make standout creative instead of making coffee runs. Pitch your ideas instead of pretending to be busy. And get your hands dirty with actual projects instead of getting handed the work that no one else wants.

There are no predefined roles here. We’ll shape your internship around what you’re into, whether that’s creative, strategy, brand integration, production or media.
